Absolute Perfection Mobile Detailing aims to provide the highest level of professionalism and workmanship.
We understand the hesitation in having a company that you have never dealt with before come to your home or work place to provide services. As a mobile service we may be in many locations in one day. With fuel prices on the rise again this can take it's toll on a small business. In order to leave each location knowing that our customers are happy we have certain policies that our Team Members must abide by and we ask that the customer be aware of as well.
Team Members:
1. Team Members must greet customer before starting work.
2. Team Members may arrive 15 mins before or after quoted start time.
3. Team Members will contact customer if running late.
4. Team Members will create a safe and professional atmosphere.
5. Team Members will clean up after work completion.
6. Team Members will not leave work site until cleared by customer unless authroized by customer.
Customers:
1. Customer must be present at start of work
2. Customer will have the opportunity to review final work.
3. Customer agrees that releasing Team Members will serve as satisfaction of work provided.
4. Since our policy gives the customer the ability to review final work, there are NO REFUNDS
5. It is the customers reponsibility to remove anything of value from the vehicle BEFORE Absolute Perfection Team members begin work. Absolute Perfection Mobile Detailing will not be responsible for the loss of any items during the cleaning of vehicles.
WEATHER:
It will be the responsibility of the customer to cancel an appointment due to the weather. If Absolute Perfection Team Members feel the weather is conducive to working then they will arrive with the intent to work. A $5 fuel service fee will be charged to the customer for any cancellations less than 2 hrs before the scheduled appointment time.
